Spin-off of the radiology department of a regional hospital

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided a large regional hospital in North-Rhine-Westphalia with comprehensive legal and tax advice on the design and implementation of the spinning off of its radiology department to a joint practice of radiologists located within the hospital.

This involved, in particular, the creation of a transfer agreement, the joint practice contract, and the contracts for the transfer of use, as well as the agreement on the transfer of staff and financing.
