Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provides hospital owners with ongoing support in the design and performance of award procedures within the restructuring or the sale of health care institutions, in the adoption of cooperation partners, in invitations to bid, for example for retirement care models, etc.
We are also active on the bidder side, such as recently on behalf of a large clinic with regard to the acquisition of Lower Saxony’s state psychiatric hospitals.
