Bids for the acquisition of energy companies

We assisted one of the largest German energy companies in its bid for acquisition of total shares in Preussag Energy GmbH and in its bid for acquisition of total shares in Gasversorgung Süddeutschland GmbH. In both cases, our activities included due diligence and support in contract negotiations.
