Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Possehl in the purchase of Monforts

Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack advised L. Possehl & Co. mbH in the purchase of A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG. The Monforts textile machinery group generates sales of over 100 million Euros and is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality textile processing machines. The company is based in Mönchengladbach, Germany, and has international locations in Austria and Switzerland as well as a joint venture in China. The Possehl group is a Lübeck-based conglomerate with great tradition. The group recently purchased ThyssenKrupp's tire manufacturing machinery division - which is now called Harburg-Freudenberger Maschinenbau GmbH.
Possehl was represented and advised by Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack (corporate /M&A), Dr. Sören Pietzcker (IP), Kay Jacobsen (labor law) and Dr. Stefan Bretthauer (antitrust law) from Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Hamburg.
