Collaborative hospital Herdecke with its approximately 1,200 employees has been our client since 2003. Ongoing legal support includes advice for individual and collective bargaining agreement law.
The altered legal requirements in the health care system, continual medical advances and the necessity of structural adjustment forced it to implement extensive reorganization and restructuring measures.
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided comprehensive advice to the Herdecke collaborative hospital throughout the entire restructuring process, in association with the laying off of employees, as well as in the planning and implementation of a new human resources concept and negotiated with the works council on the balancing of interests and social plan. In doing so, we supported the restructuring of individual service areas into subsidiary companies and provided advice on the founding of new companies.
