Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises energy suppliers and industrial companies on long-term energy supply and energy purchase agreements, including drafting and (re-)negotiating of contracts, as well as questions concerning the obligation to tender.

Among other companies, we advised a major German public utility company on contract award questions in connection with an invitation to tender on electricity and gas purchase contracts in the inter-communal field.
