Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises Lloyd Fonds AG at Participation in Feedback AG

Hamburg-based issuer Lloyd Fonds AG announced on January 16, 2008 that it would acquire a stake of about 20 percent in financial services group Feedback AG. The transaction will likely be executed in the form of a capital increase from authorized capital. Hamburg-based Feedback AG has been the holding company for various distribution companies, in particular in the field of closed-end funds. The Feedback Group pursues a best advice principle and, with equity placements in excess of EUR 200 million in 2007, is one of the largest independent distributors of closed-end funds.

The strategic investment in Feedback AG marks a further step in Lloyd Fonds AG's growth and diversification process along the value-added chain. The investment provides Lloyd Fonds with even better access to distribution independent of banks. The Feedback Group, on its part, will benefit from improved access to Lloyd Fonds's projects and products in its independent product selection.
