Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Hamburg, advised L. Possehl & Co. mbH in the purchase of A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG. The Monforts textile machinery group generates sales of over 100 million Euros and is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality textile processing machines. The company is based in Mönchengladbach, Germany, and has international locations in Austria and Switzerland as well as a joint venture in China. The Possehl group is a Lübeck-based conglomerate with great tradition.
