The Regis Breitlingen correctional facility is a new construction with a capacity of 326, which is being created on behalf of Saxony's State Ministry of Justice.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek represented a bidder in a review procedure before the Award Council Saxony, Dresden Higher Regional Court and the Federal Court of Justice. The proceedings attracted national attention as a result of the fact that the Federal Court of Justice allowed the public procurement bodies to examine the cancellation decisions by the issuing body from a legal point of view.
