Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided its client, a larger medium-sized group of companies with legal and tax support for a transaction relating to a business division dealing with drugs and medical products, i.e. in the acquisition of authorizations and certifications, sales and licensing rights, formulations and brands and the entire customer base as part of an asset deal. In particular, the company acquisition agreement was drafted and specialized authorization and employment questions were clarified.
