Klinik am Berg, Bergisch Gladbach
In the fall of 2006, Marienkrankenhaus Bergisch Gladbach gGmbH and a number of orthopedists opened Klinik am Berg GmbH in Bergisch Gladbach. The company will operate an exclusively equipped private clinic for stationary patients within the newly built medical center Marienberg in Bergisch Gladbach.
The capacity will be made available with top priority to the shareholders, thus also the specialist doctors from Marienkrankenhaus and with lower priority to third parties. The innovative design is aimed at an interdisciplinary spectrum of high-quality services in the long term.
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the participants mainly with regard to corporate law, hospital law and physician's law, as well as in tax questions from a conceptional point of view and in the implementation.
