Kliniken der Stadt Köln - Merheim

Hospital Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH intended to find a general contractor for the planning and construction services for the new construction of a hospital building and parking garage on the hospital facilities in Merheim by means of a Europe-wide negotiating procedure with prior competition. The hospital building was to be a turnkey construction and to merge several departments, which are currently scattered across the hospital premises. The parking garage for 650 vehicles was intended to ease the traffic situation on the hospital premises for visitors.

We drafted the negotiated procedure for Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH including the general contractor agreement, led the negotiations and advised on the award of the winning bidder and the conclusion of the contract.
