The responsible ministries of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, as well as the hospital’s management were provided with comprehensive legal, tax and financial advice in the conversion of the medical institutions within their special university assets into a public law institution.
In particular, the articles of the institution, including the determination of the organizational structure, the hospital board, the hospital committee, the supervisory board, the administration and the central institutions were drafted, the necessary agreements for the limitation and interlocking of the provision of medical care on the one hand and the guaranteeing of university research and teaching on the other hand were created and the financial law aspects were designed, including the corresponding national and state requirements.
