Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek performed the drafting of a legal concept for clinic Nuremberg with respect to the organizational and economic merging of the laboratories with the option to have tasks performed externally to the extent legally permitted and the setting up of the necessary collaborations.

In doing so, various forms of legal reorganizations, in particular a spin-off into a laboratory limited liability company, were introduced, taking into account questions relating to corporate, municipal, hospital financing and employment law/civil service law.
