Together with the special-purpose associations for regional rail transportation Rhineland-Palatinate north and south, as well as the transport authority special-purpose association, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek designed the procedure for the awarding of the contract for regional rail transportation services to Mittelrheinbahn.
