Emden - power, natural gas and water concessions

The concession agreements of the City of Emden are about to expire. In order to award the power, natural gas and water concessions, the City of Emden has to carry out European-wide competition procedures with various legal requirements.
 
In particular, when awarding the power and natural gas concessions, compliance with the special provisions of Section 46 German Energy Management Act and with the German Concession Levy Ordinance will be required.
