An owner-managed, value-based private clinic owner is aiming to establish itself in the German clinical market. The main focus lies on the takeover and/or operational management of emergency clinics, but also of retirement and care homes, as well as rehabilitation facilities, whose range of services can be developed further in a high-quality health care economic manner and with a long-term focus on success. In doing so, the hospitals to be acquired are to benefit from the specialist competence and networking of the clinic owner, but will retain their identity to the extent possible.
