Energy Law
The amendment of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) initiated a new phase of competition and regulation on the energy market. Adjustments are necessary to meet the requirements of the new EnWG.
We advise our clients on the legal implementation of these adjustments and provide support in developing internal regulation management, as well as negotiating and drawing up agreements on the realisation of net access and disputing with cartel and regulation authorities or third parties, such as disputes regarding net utilization fees.
