German law has been adapted in many ways to the requirements of EU Directives and Regulations pertaining to the distribution of goods by distant selling (including e-business).
We advise retail and wholesale businesses selling through the Internet on disclosure and privacy requirements, as well as the content of appropriate terms and conditions of sale. Where a client uses internet platforms for research or auction services, we advise on legal issues relating to cooperation agreements with advertisers or the protection of a client's homepage design.
