Real Estate Transactions

We consult with and represent interested parties in the course of buying and selling developed or undeveloped real estate. In this context we assess associated risks and opportunities and draft required agreements in close cooperation with the client. This includes, among others, the drafting and checking of:

  • Public law agreements with municipalities 
  • Property purchase agreements 
  • Property easements
  • Rental and leasing agreements
  • Agreements between neighbors 
  • Agreements with utilities

Unless we have had prior involvement in these matters - in accordance with § 3 of the Recording Law - we will also record the required legal transactions at our Berlin and Frankfurt/Main offices
