Tenancy Law

We provide advice to and represent real estate companies as well as owners of large private real estate portfolios regarding management, expansion, and modernization of their properties. The focus of our activities is on advice and contract design in the area of commercial tenancy law. We enforce your claims as lessor against tenants, authorities, and contractors in both extra-judicial and judicial contexts and support your day-to-day business.

Brokerage Law

We provide support to brokers for real estate transactions in Germany and in other European countries. To do so, we prepare or review contract terms and standard agreements for our clients. For transactions requiring special contractual solutions, we develop tailored commission arrangements. We assist our clients in enforcing their open commission claims in and out of court.
