Our expertise ranges from providing comprehensive counsel to corporations in "corporate housekeeping" up to legal and taxation advice on complex domestic and foreign transactions. 

In the last few years, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has become one of the leading German transaction firms. We work both in classical M&A fields and on capital market-oriented projects, real estate transactions and other large asset purchases and sales; in particular, transaction business in the energy and renewables industries has developed strongly. At present, private equity transactions and above all capital market transactions are noticeably on the increase in our law firm.

The members of our Practice Group Corporate Law/M&A are experienced individuals who have been providing counsel to medium-sized and large corporations for many years.
