Health Care

The Health Care Practice Group consists of an interdisciplinary team of attorneys and tax consultants. They provide advice and representation to health care service providers and organizations, in particular pharmaceutical companies, various private and public specialty clinics and doctor's offices in almost all areas of law concerned, including tax law.

The main focus of the Practice Group includes:

• Restructuring of clinics, in particular outsourcing and contract awards
• Acquisitions and sales of clinics, including acquisition and post merger structuring
• Establishing and structuring cooperations between physicians and other service providers, in particular with respect to selecting legal forms and new forms of health care
• Legal advice and representation in pharmaceuticals, medical products and pharmacy law
• Legal advice and representation in matters of human resources, particularly with (head) physician employment agreements
• advice in the compliance organization of companies (Corporate Governance)
• Support in particular legal issues, such as in professional and statutory health insurance physician law, hospital financing etc.
