IP, Media & Technology
In our Practice Group IP, Media & Technology, more than 30 lawyers provide counsel in the areas of Intellectual Property, Media and Technology. We support our clients in operative business and represent them in courts and towards public authorities. The Practice Group provides counseling services in the following fields:
- Intellectual Property (IP) including trademarks and industrial design, patent law, other protected rights and competition law.
- Media comprises media law and copyright law, telecommunications and gaming.
- Technology includes particularly IT law, outsourcing and data protection. In addition, this field includes counseling services to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
We assist our clients in their activities, whether in worldwide marketing expansion or on trade shows, in licensing or cross-border services. In order to provide counseling services abroad, we collaborate with specialized law firms. We offer our clients first-class service worldwide via the World Services Group (WSG) and the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA).
