Litigation/Arbitration
Economic disputes are characterized by a high degree of complexity and have substantial effects on the companies and private persons involved. They therefore require legally competent, experienced and efficient representation.
The members of our Practice Group have long-standing experience in the areas of litigation and arbitration (Dispute Resolution). They provide German and foreign clients with comprehensive advice on subjects ranging from the detailed evaluation of complex economic and technical situations, through the development of conflict resolution strategies through to successful enforcement of their interests either in or out of court.
In addition, the members of our Practice Group also work as arbitrators and have a wide range of experience in both ad-hoc proceedings and administrated arbitration proceedings (e.g., DIS, ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules) and their practice with regard to procedural law. Our Zurich office offers a good platform for international arbitration proceedings in Switzerland.
