Public Sector
The Practise Group Public Sector concentrates the know-how of the commercial law firm from many projects for the public sector.
The priority in our work is the success of the project, which we consider to be the basis for sustained positive cooperation. The figures bear this out: More than 90 percent of our orders are follow-up or recommendation mandates. Also according to the JUVE Handbook 2010/2011, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as only law firm ranks among the best in both the fields of Public Procurement Law and PPP.
This makes Public Sector one of our law firm's most successful areas. In the past, we have provided advice to public sector projects with a total volume of binary billion euro.
We always offer interesting Events, Publications and Newsletters. In cooperation with "Behörden Spiegel" we publish the most important information on Public Procurement Law in our Newsletter Update Vergabe.
