Our competencies range from real estate transactions including financing and tax law issues to supporting bidding procedures, comprehensive counseling on zoning law, and drafting construction agreements to aspects of rental agreements and complex facility management outsourcing structures.

The members of our Practice Group have specialized expertise over many years in all areas of real estate law and public law associated with real estate. The main focus of the Practice Group includes transaction counseling, project development and real estate financing, including tax law issues. We are also advising on and drafting contracts in facility management, including complex outsourcing structures. Moreover, it includes providing comprehensive counseling on zoning law including the designing of urban development contracts and development agreements as well as the drafting of master plans, providing real estate-relevant counsel on environmental law and protection of interests to authorities. In addition to that, designing of contracts for work and services and of architects' agreements, drafting of commercial rental agreements, comprehensive support of award procedures and the litigation including conciliation and arbitration proceedings are part of our advisory activity as well.
