The Restructuring Practice Group comprises attorneys with specialized experience and skills in the area of insolvency law as well as in reorganization and restructuring. The team provides comprehensive legal advice and forensic examination in all areas concerning legal aspects of the topics of crisis/reorganization/insolvency.

Companies and corporate groups are advised on reorganization and restructuring of their businesses in terms of corporate law and insolvency law, supported by measures in employment law and tax law. Legal advice and representation is provided to buyers and sellers in insolvency proceedings as well as in the acquisition of companies in crises outside of insolvency proceedings. The team provides advice to investors and sellers in NPL transactions and advises and represents banks as well as collateral takers and providers in the debtor's crisis.
