Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek assists Baader Group in merger with LINCO Food Systems AIS

On August 7, 2007, Nordischer Maschinenbau Rud. Baader GmbH & Co. KG - in short, Baader - acquired a controlling interest in Danish LINCO Food Systems AIS. German-based Baader Group, a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of high-tech food processing equipment, and the Danish manufacturer of poultry processing machines are now one of the leading suppliers of food processing equipment on the world market. It was 10 years ago that Baader had acquired Johnson Food Equipment, a U.S. manufacturer of poultry processing equipment. Now, LINCO Food Systems AIS becomes a member of the Baader Group. Baader has been manufacturing fish processing equipment for 88 years and poultry, red meat and fruit processing equipment for over 40 years. The innovative company places particular emphasis on research and development.
