Tonkens Agrar Planning Capital Increase With Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

With a farmed area of about 3,000 hectares at four sites in Germany, Tonkens Agrar AG is one of the leading agricultural enterprises. Its core business areas include milk production, the growing, storage and marketing of grain, potatoes, corn and onions. The company is also a provider of energy from biogas plants and solar energy.

The upcoming capital increase is to optimize and develop Tonkens Agrar AG's business activities. The increased capital base will allow, in particular, the improvement of the financial structure and the leasing of additional land for agricultural cultivation. In addition, the proceeds from the issue are to be used for the construction of new biogas plants.
