Ariane Neubauer is a Partner in the Berlin office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. The focus of her corporate law consulting practice covers the entire spectrum of venture capital, advising start-ups, founders and investors on financing rounds, convertible loans, employee participation programs, acquisitions of equity interests and exit transactions.

Ariane Neubauer also advises on an ongoing basis on M&A and PE transactions as well as on corporate law issues.

She is listed by Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers as one of the best lawyers for venture capital (since 2021/2022) and M&A (since 2023/2024) and in the JUVE Handbook 2023/2024 as a frequently recommended lawyer for venture capital.
