Acquisition of WINKRA Energie

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the Dutch energy supplier Essent in its takeover of the largest German operator of wind energy plants, WINKRA Energie Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft für Energieanlagen mbH.

We accompanied the acquisition from its initiation, carried out the legal due diligence, drafted and negotiated the contracts, and advised in the contract execution.
