Advice to RPC Packaging on sale of RPC Tedeco-Gizeh GmbH

RPC Packaging Holdings, a subsidiary of London Stock Exchange-listed RPC Group plc, sold its German holding company RPC Tedeco-Gizeh GmbH, Offenburg, to Hosti International GmbH. A team led by Dr. Peter Christian Schmidt, partner at commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Hamburg office, legally represented RPC in the transaction.

RPC Group is the leading international manufacturer of plastic packaging for various markets. From its headquarters in Northamptonshire, the group organizes its international manufacturing plants in different clusters. RPC has 50 locations in 16 countries. RPC Tedeco-Gizeh sells packaging to the food industry all across Europe. Hosti is one of Europe's largest producers of disposable tableware.
