Advising on a Chinese IPO

China BPIC Surveying Instruments AG, the German holding company of a leading Chinese measuring instrument manufacturer, has commenced trading on Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Entry Standard. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek legally advised the company on the IPO, including the drafting of the prospectus.

China BPIC AG, rapidly expanding in a highly specialized field, is a manufacturer of monitoring technology and one of the technological market leaders in China. The company considers the public listing in Germany as an opportunity to expand its growth and to actively participate in industry consolidation.

"Apart from the legal requirements, intercultural aspects played a key role in the IPO of a Chinese company,“ said Kuthe.
