Bergneustadt PPP Project Schools

We designed a PPP procedure for the renovation of a total of seven schools, plus sports facilities and open spaces, for the city of Bergneustadt. We are currently advising the city of Bergneustadt in the selection of their private partner in a Europe-wide procedure in accordance with the VOB [the German Construction Contract Procedure]. The city of Bergneustadt hopes that the PPP project will ease the strain on its budget and prepare the schools in its urban area for the future. In this connection, a particular focus will be to find contractual solutions by which the city can react to sinking enrollment.
