City of Bielefeld: concession awards in the supply sector

The concession contract of the city of Bielefeld concerning the electricity and gas concessions as well as the water and district heating supply and the city rail traffic expires at the end of 2014. Different legal regimes, which in part mandatorily prescribe the competitive process, apply to the different supply segments.
