City of Minden: Awarding the Electricity Concession

The current electricity concession contract of the City of Minden was terminated prior to maturity and a new call for bids will be issued. After the notice in the Official Journal of the EU, the City of Minden is conducting a non-discriminatory competitive bidding procedure. The bidders receive standardized documents for the competition with evaluation criteria geared to the power network operation.

The City of Minden is to negotiate the specific design of the new electricity concession contract with the bidders. It will include the bidders' expertise to achieve an optimum contract design.

Our services

We are advising the City of Minden on designing the competitive bidding procedure, the contract design and are providing support in the contract negotiations with the bidders.
