City of Osnabrück: Modernizing OsnabrückHalle

Due to the high renovation demand, OBG, a subsidiary of the City of Osnabrück, is carrying out a comprehensive modernization of OsnabrückHalle. After awarding the general contractor services, the individual renovation measures were assigned by disciplines and trades.

In a competition, initially the most economical general contractor services for modernizing OsnabrückHalle were selected. Subsequently, OBG awarded the construction services that were to be performed in a short time frame.

Our services

We advised OBG on implementing the project. Our services comprised advice under public procurement law, contract design, and legal project support.
