"City Palais" Duisburg - A "Public Private Project"

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek was in charge of supporting the designing of the process and its implementation for the construction of a new multi-functional building complex in the downtown area and assigned open spaces.
The building accommodates a large event and conference complex, a gambling area, dining, retail, administrative, and office space. We oversaw the negotiation procedure for the selection of the project developer and provided support in the conclusion of all contracts. This also included the lease agreement with Westdeutsche Spielbanken GmbH & Co. KG and the urban development agreements.
