Dortmund: Sewage disposal

City-owned company Stadtentwässerung Dortmund performs the tasks of municipal sewage disposal for the city of Dortmund. Over a limited period, it wants to make significant investments into the sewer system to maintain its substance, without expanding the company's headcount.

We legally advise the city of Dortmund on examining the permissibility of the model "framework agreement on implementing investments in sewage disposal" and support the city in developing a customized model, in order to optimally integrate private individuals in renovating the sewer system.
