Euskirchen - Construction of a wellness and sports spa

With the support of a private investor, the District City of Euskirchen is realizing "Badeparadies Euskirchen," a wellness spa, including an independent school and sports indoor swimming pool in the Northeastern part of the city.

The order volume is about EUR 30 million.

The wellness and sports spa is scheduled to open on April 1, 2014.

Our services

We advised the District City of Euskirchen on implementing and realizing the project. Our services included advice and review under public procurement law, tax law and insolvency law as well as legal review and further development of a complex forfaiting model.
