inex24 AG operates a collaboration platform for the procurement of industrial insurance. After Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek had already advised inex24 AG at the start of the platform for the private sector, the offering was now to be extended to procurements for the public sector.

In addition, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek prepared the special procedural specifications to be adhered to in this connection arising from public procurement law for the use of electronic awarding methods. It was a challenge to adapt existing and proven operational procedures from the private sector so as to withstand a review under public procurement law. This required, in particular, the examination of adjustment needs in the area of encryption and the performing of procurement procedures on the platform and the subsequent drafting of an appropriate process concept.
