Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH – Defense against complaints

Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH called for bids for the replacement of its endosonography equipment as well as its endoscopy equipment.

After notification of the contracts to be awarded and shipping the tender documents to the bidders, several complaints were received by Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH with regard to the above replacements.

We successfully advised Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH in handling the complaints. Therefore, Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH was able to award the respective bid in both award procedures without a bidder initiating a review procedure.
