New construction of a residential development with 180 apartments. Initially, we had provided support with respect to project development and project monitoring, including the negotiations and the conclusion of the acquisition of the property and the resale of the apartments yet to be constructed to a large insurance group up to notarized recording. Simultaneously and/or subsequently, we provided support with respect to construction, in particular the contracts entered into with architects and special experts, the construction agreements and all additional project-related contracts. The project was successfully transferred to the acquirer in 2009.
