Large-Scale Industrial Wasteland

In this project we advised the company, which is the owner of the site in a town near Düsseldorf, in issues relating to public law, and we were also instrumental in the development of building law (development planning procedures and rezoning of the municipal development plan).

The project aims at the revitalization of a large area of industrial wasteland with housing and facilities for commerce, services, and shops. We were responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of all contracts for the sale of land and public contracts, in particular land development contracts and agreements for the decontamination of soil and ground water pollution.
