Lease of RheinEnergie stadium

Kölner Sportstätten GmbH currently leases the RheinEnergie Stadium to soccer team 1. FC Köln. The soccer club plans to extend the lease agreement and furthermore to assume the entire operation of the RheinEnergie Stadium.

We provide comprehensive advice to Kölner Sportstätten GmbH in public procurement and financial assistance law as part of the extension or renewal of a lease agreement regarding the RheinEnergie Stadium.

Our services

We are advising Kölner Sportstätten GmbH on extending and arranging the new lease agreement regarding the RheinEnergie Stadium in Cologne.
