Netcom Kassel Gesellschaft für Telekommunikation mbH: Broadband expansion for Hessian counties

Netcom Kassel Gesellschaft für Telekommunikation mbH (Netcom) is a municipal company of the City of Kassel. From the second half of 2016, it intends to build a broadband telecommunications network in five northern Hessian counties. Netcom will advertise for bid the supply, installation, and commissioning of the entire broadband network with its technical components in a competitive procedure. Subsequently, it will operate the broadband network and provide the phone and data products to the public.

Our services

We advise Netcom on matters of public procurement law and EU law with regard to designing the procedure. We develop innovative solutions for rapid and legally compliant implementation.
