The Neuss public utility companies want to build an administration building and a maintenance and storage facility. For this purpose, construction, planning and, as an option, also financing services, and if necessary even structural maintenance services were to be awarded in a negotiation procedure. The services were divided in two lots at about EUR 6 million each so that a total volume of about EUR 11 million to EUR 12 million was available to be awarded. The procedure was implemented successfully. Financing and structural maintenance services were separated for this purpose.
