New construction of stadium Rot-Weiß Essen

GVE Grundstücksverwaltung Stadt Essen GmbH first advertised to bid in a Europe-wide negotiated procedure the selection of the general planner. Subsequently, in more than 20 Europe-wide award procedures it awarded the construction work for the new construction of the stadium in Essen. In this first expansion stage the stadium accommodates approx. 20,000 visitors. An expansion of the stadium to approx. 35,000 seats is possible with appropriate success of the team.

Our services

We provide support to GVE Grundstücksverwaltung Stadt Essen GmbH in all legal matters in the procedure design and implementation of the Europe-wide award procedure. Our services comprise advice on the awarding of both the planning and the construction services.
