Pfalzklinikum - target agreement

We advised the Pfalz Clinic for Psychiatry and Neurology in drafting target agreements for all employees, particularly from the care sector, but also of the chief physicians and the other medical personnel. Value was placed on a significant participation of all parties concerned in a positive economic result of the Pfalz Clinic as well as the promotion of innovative ideas in the area of psychiatry and neurology with regard to the patients and members.
